Too Bad To Breathe

NEW DELHI : The air of Delhi has been “too bad to breathe” for the people residing. As the air quality remained drastic for another whole day. On Thursday with PM10 levels hovering around seven times the secure standard and ‘hazy’ conditions across the capital.

At 3pm on Thursday, as 39 hours passed since the PM10 levels exceeded the “emergency”, or “severe plus”, limit under the given Graded Response Action plan of 500 micrograms per cubic metre as it fluttered close to 800 micrograms, forcing the governor to take certain action of safety measures and precautions after an emergency meeting. The measures included to stop all civil construction activity in the state from 15 June 2018 to 17 of June 2018.
